Chittaranjan Kaul, Director
Chittaranjan holds a B.E from National institute of Technology, Srinagar and an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad. His experience spanning more than 40 years includes diverse responsibilities as an educationist, chief executive for non-profit and for-profit organisations, leadership coach and management expert, international banker and financial advisor, and school teacher and Principal.
Ashok Mittal, Trustee
Ashok Mittal serves as a mentor to second-generation entrepreneurs and as a management advisor to several family-owned businesses. Previously he was co-founder and managing director of Semco Electric and Ultratech Metals (I) Ltd, manufacturers of precision metal and plastic products.
Ashok is also a certified facilitator for Personalysis (a personality assessment tool) where he provides employee assessment and coaching for the creation of high-performing teams.

Ashok received his Bachelors in Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences Pilani, in the year 1981.
He is also on board of trustees of ‘Foundation for Communities of Learning’ and ‘Maadhyam Charitable Trust’, both work in the space of improving the quality to education for the underprivileged.
Harini Raval, Head Programs
Harini holds an MSW from Nirmala Niketan, Mumbai, and a Ph.D. in Education from University of Twente, Netherlands. Over the last 20 years she has served as NGO head of programmes, programme manager, educationist, researcher, organisational leader and a certified counsellor.
Vaibhav Yadav, Program Manager
Vain manages programmes in the areas of ECD, ECCE and NCEC and has worked extensively in training and capacity-building of ICDS officers, health para-professionals and education functionaries since 2012
Shikha Kundra, Program Manager
Shikha manages programmes in the areas of ECD, ECCE and NCEC and has worked extensively in training and capacity-building of ICDS officers, health para-professionals and education functionaries since 2013. She has spearheaded the operations of several pilot as well as large scale implementation programmes and research data
collection, across the states of Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Uttarakhand. She has received an MBA in marketing and human resources from SMU.
Rekha Menon, ECCE Specialist
Rekha provides technical leadership in ECCE and spearheads learning and knowledge creation. She has worked for children in the age group of 0 to 8 years for over twenty-five years in private schools and non-profit sector in centre-based, workplace-based and home-based programmes and in a range of childcare backgrounds in India and abroad. She has a Diploma in Early Childhood and Education from Mumbai University and a Post-graduate diploma in Educational Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, Pune.
Manasi Chandavarkar, Program Manager
Manasi holds a B.A. in Psychology from Pune University, and an MSc in Education from University of Edinburgh, UK. Since 2007, she has undertaken research, content and program design, training and implementation of large scale and pilot projects in partnership with multiple stakeholders (families, communities, frontline workers, teachers, Head Masters, Schools and Anganwadis, donors, government functionaries) across various states in India.
