The NEP has emphasized strengthening Foundational Stage Learning across the country. This has put a big ask on the government systems to fulfill management and pedagogical requirements.
We at FCL have always attention to systemic linkages and the centrality of the community as the crucible to shape a human’s life.
Our programs are designed to provide developmental and educational inputs to create a nurturing environment for children at sites of early childhood education, primary schools, and at home and in communities.

We help build leadership in communities and systems to help children thrive, at home, in Anganbadis, and at school

We do this by building the leadership capacity of officers in the government system and public-school administration and teachers to try to bring long-term change in education and society
HOW WE DO IT ?
At the core of our work lies the need to create a collective understanding between us and the people we work with. That means our work extends beyond our training and workshops. It resides in listening to and supporting the challenges government officers face in implementing what they are exposed to in our training.
Also, enabling role redefinition, finding the meaning of our work, and creating confidence in their capacity to implement new ideas and stay rooted in creating a thriving environment for children. We do this through reflection, curiosity, self-awareness, compassion, and dialogue.
